DOMESTIC ORDERS: Allow approximately 2 business days to process your order. All domestic shipments are delivered via the United States Postal Service and will average 3 business days for delivery time. A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent when your package ships. You will not be charge until your order is ready to ship.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING CHARGES: USA and territories are $7.00 flat rate per order. If we ship a partial order there is NO additional charge to ship the remaining back ordered items.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS SHIPPING CHARGES & OPTIONS: International customers must select OPTION A or OPTION B. Allow 3 business days to process your order. Shipping times vary from country to country.
OPTION A Shipping cost is based on the entire orders package weight. This package requires NO special handling. There is minimal custioms risk. You do not live in Germany or other customs sensitve countries. Package is shipped USPS Parcel Post Air Mail.
Canada & Mexico OPTION A flat rate is $9.00
OPTION B The DVD discs are removed from the plastic cases, placed in cardboard DVD sleeves and shipped in a 6x9 plain brown envelope. Artwork is shipped in a separate 6x9 brown envelope.

$24.00  7 to 50 DVD disc order
Note: Some Video titles may contain extra bonus discs. If we ship a partial order there is NO additional charge to ship the remaining back ordered items.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Important: All DVDs and Videotapes are in the NTSC format. You must have NTSC compatible equiptment. We welcome International orders however we are not responsible for Custom seizures and non-delivery of items for any other reason, know or unknown. If you know your Country's Customs Department may seize adult material then we suggest you select OPTION B for delivery.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:  Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. We will not charge shipping for replacement order. DVD or Videotape that is not viewable due to manufacturing defect will be replaced with the same title. All exchanges MUST be pre-authorized by us by either phone call or email. Please note that videos are NEVER returnable due to content dissatisfaction. We will not accept videos back where as the actual content differs or appears to differ from the description on or website or artwork.
