ORDER PROCESSING
DOMESTIC ORDERS: Allow approximately 2 business days to process your order. All domestic shipments are via United States Postal Service Priority Mail and average 3 business days for delivery time.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Allow 3 business days processing time for international orders, due to additional in-house handling. Shipping times vary depending on your country.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING CHARGES: USA and Territories: Flat Rate of $7.00 per order by USPS Priority Mail. If we ship a partial order, there is NO additional shipping charge to ship the remaining back ordered items . ALL domestic packages are shipped by the United States Postal Service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES & OPTIONS: Canada and Mexico OPTION A  Flat Rate $9.00
International Customers MUST Select Option A or Option B. If we ship a partial order, there is NO additional shipping charge to ship the remaining back ordered items.

OPTION A Shipping cost is based on the entire order's package weight. Package requires NO special handling. There is minimal customs risk. You do not live in Germany or other custom sensitve countries. We ship the least expensive air mail method and lowest customs seizure rate, Air Parcel Post.

OPTION B Two Flat Rate Choices-$14.00 and $24.00. Shipping cost $14.00-Ships up to 6 DVD discs/ Shipping cost $24.00-7 DVD discs to 50 DVD discs.
DVDs are inserted into cardboard DVD sleeves and shipped in envelope; Artwork is shipped in separate envelope. No plasitc cases are shipped.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Important-All Videotapes & DVDs are in the NTSC format. PAL or Secam format is not available. You MUST have NTSC-Compatible Home Video Equipment in order to view the tapes & DVDs.
We welcome international orders. However, we are not responsible for customs seizures or non-delivery for any other reason, known or unknown. If you know your customs may seize adult material, we offer special preparation for sensitive countries, select Option B.

PACKAGING: We ship discreetly in plain boxes with no indication that the package contains adult material. Our return address on the shipping label is printed as follows:

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover Card and Money Orders (see instructions at checkout for Money Orders). Your credit card is not charged until the mechandise is ready to ship.

SECURITY & PRIVACY: Your credit card information is transmitted via a secure server. In addition, we do not share mailing lists or customer information with anyone, period!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES: Any video or DVD which is not viewable due to manufacturing defect will be replaced with another of the same title. Customers are responsible for any return shipping charges; we in turn will not charge shipping to send a replacement. All exchanges must be pre-authorized by us via e-mail or phone.

PLEASE NOTE: Videos are NEVER returnable due to content dissatisfaction. Futher, we will not accept returns when the actual program contents differs or appears to differ, from the description on our website - we regret that in the adult porn industry, boxcovers, descriptions and images may not always be representative of video contents. In addition, we reserve the right not to honor any price mistakes due to typograhical error.
