The few clues that the FBI has lead Harry to believe that the robbers could be surfers, so he decides to put dark into surfers' circles as an undercover agent.
Riptide is Michael Raven's first foray for Sin City Films into the hugely popular and physically-challenging genre of action adventure. To his credit, it is flawless.
