It's back to the bad streets of Miami with detective Amber Lynn as she fights the drug underworld in its own hometown. This time out the villain is John Leslie, who poses as a civic philanthropist but who is really a big-time dope dealer specializing in South American pharmaceuticals. John has had one of the girls who works for him set up a crooked cop working for him by planting a big ol’ bag of Peruvian flake right where some undercover vice cops will find it — in his apartment.
Amber finds out about the plot after she beds down with the framed cop. He tells her about John and how to get to him.
Meanwhile, Amber’s fellow policewoman Stacy Donovan has fallen into the clutches of the evil Mr. Leslie, who has offered her to his henchman Joey Silvera. But just in the nick of time, Amber arrives to save the day.
