The market for simulated sexploitation was virtually dead by 1975, and it wasn't uncommon for producers to transform a softcore relic into hardcore porn with the addition of inserts, Which is what happened with Female Chauvinists, although the inserts are, for the most part, well enough integrated that it probably fooled most of the audience. On the other hand, the original version wasn't entirely softcore in the first place and crossed the line with some of the masturbation scenes (note Debbie and the bottle) as well as some oral sex which is somewhat obscured by the camera but definitely not faked.
